Positive: The location was very convenient since we’re like eating at the restaurant next-door.
Negative: The major complaint that I have was that the refrigerator in the room was not cooling, and the telephone was not working in the room. I call to report the refrigerator not working. I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. I told the staff what room I was in and that the refrigerator was not cooling. She told me that she would send someone up shortly that person never showed up. We kept our leftovers from the restaurant cool by placing it in a plastic bag with ice. Almost forgot the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working .Also, I’m still waiting on the $50 extra that was charged to my card.
Summary: I don’t think anyone would reach out to me to discuss the issues I had, but it would be nice. I would add that the room
